Welcome to MacArthur Middle School
In 1956 MacArthur was constructed as an extension of Sunnyside School originally named Sunnyside Unit 2. In 1977 MacAurthur transitioned from an Upper Grade Center to a Junior High School; however in March of 1982 the School Board decided to re-name the school to MacArthur Middle School to further support the community with a complete middle school program.
MacArthur Middle School serves approximately 450 students in sixth through eighth grades. The school is located at 1300 North Wolf Road Berkeley, Illinois.
