District 87 Jazz Band Concert
The District 87 Jazz Band performed their first concert of the school year at MacArthur Middle School on the evening of November 17th. The concert featured a Swing tune, a Ballad, and a Blues tune in the style of Count Basie. Each member of the Jazz Band performed an improvised solo. Congratulations on a fine performance!
The next concert of the school year will be held at Northlake Middle School at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th. It will feature the Cadet Band and the Concert Band. Please join us for an evening of fine music!
