Science Fair Rocks Whittier School

On March 18, 2010, Whittier School celebrated science education through hosting a science fair. Kindergarten through fifth grade students conducted science projects in contribution towards presentations that were displayed for each grade level. Approximately 300 students and parents were in attendance for this event. Rockin’ Science also participated in the science fair, where they conducted hands on experiments for Whittier families, while teaching the principles of various scientific concepts. The science fair was a great opportunity for the public to become engaged in various science projects the Whittier students have been working on throughout the year. In addition, Rockin’ Science provided more entertainment in an effort to celebrate science education at Whittier School.
