CLASSROOM RULES

Band Rehearsal Rules

1. Everyone must be in their seat (section for percussionists), ready to play, at 7:30 a.m.

2. Please stop playing when the conductor has stopped conducting.

3. Please do not talk during rehearsals.

4. Have all of your necessary supplies.

5. No electronic devices.

6. Keep room neat and folders organized.

7. Appropriate behavior in the band room, in the hallways, and on the bus.

8. If you use a school instrument, please put it away properly.

9. No food or drinks in the band room.  This includes gum.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

 

Please make sure your child is practicing and attending all lessons and rehearsals.

Great job at the concert!!! I was so proud!!!!

May is a busy month for Cadet Band. Please refer to the calendar that will be arriving in the mail. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, please contact me at the numbers above.

Summer Band forms are due Friday, May 25. If your child is attending summer band, s/he needs to continue to rent his/her instrument. If your child is not attending summer band, s/he can continue to rent the instrument during the summer. If your child is returning the instrument, it needs to be returned to me by the students last lesson or Friday, May 25. If I do not receive the instrument by May 25, you will have to make arrangements with PM Music Center.
