Refer to District 87 policy

Students are expected to turn homework in completed and on time.  Students are able to turn homework in one day late and still earn half credit on the assignment.  Typically students will have about 10-25 minutes of homework every night of the week except Friday.

If your child needs additional help with an assignment, he or she may stay after school with me Monday through Thursday until 4:00.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Students are working on a research paper during 4th quarter for Communications.  We are completing a majority of the work in class.  We have been working on the paper for four weeks in class.  The final draft is due on Monday, May 14th.  This is the only major grade for 4th quarter Communications; if a student does not turn in the final draft, he/she will most likely receive a failing grade for 4th quarter Communications.  It must be typed, so please work this out with your child in advance.
