IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Reading is very important. Please promote reading in your home. I tell the students: What you do most, you do best. You practice for soccer or basketball if you want to get better. So practice reading and you will get better. Students may reach our reading series online at www.phlitonline.com. Each student has been given a password. While online they can read the selection and listen to it. Spelling words, games and worksheets are available online at http://www.spellingconnectionsonline.com/. Please make sure that your child has a library card. The public library is an important resource in the education of your child. He or she can also find all of our textbooks at the Northlake Public Library. If you wish to schedule an additional conference with your child's teachers please call the office to schedule an appointment.
