| Students are to use an assignment notebook to keep track of all assignments due. Students are to read for pleasure each night. Although I would prefer that all homework be handed in by the stated due date, I understand that due to a variety of circumstances homework is sometimes late. Therefore, late homework will be accepted anytime within the quarter. |

| The 7th grade students are all working on goal setting as well as creating plans to accomplish them. Please feel free to engage your child, regularly, in conversations about being goal-oriented, and how it is an attribute that will aid your child the rest of his or her life. Thank you for your support in this matter. |
