CLASSROOM HOMEWORK POLICY

Students will be given homework Monday trough Friday.  The homework will be a review of the lessons that students do that day, so nothing is "new".  Students will write their homework every day in their assignment notebook.

Some tips on how to help your child with homework:

  • Help your child establish a homework time every day.
  • Provide a quiet, well-lit place where there will be little interruption.

Each Friday, your child will take home their Friday Folder.  Inside will contain his/her tests, quizzes, assignments and weekly report.  The bi-weekly report will inform you of your child's behavior and work habits for the past two weeks. Review the report, assignments, tests, and quizzes with your child.  Sign the bi-weekly report and have the student bring it to class on Monday.  These bi-weekly reports will remain in their student files for the year.
