IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS SEND A NOTE OR CALL THE OFFICE IF YOUR CHILD'S DISMISSAL PROCEDURE HAS TO CHANGE FOR THE DAY!!!! Please make sure your child has all his/her supplies. Some students are missing their big eraser, glue sticks, and may need a new red folder. Don't forget to join the Whittier PTA. This helps our students attend field trips and we are able to have valuable assemblies. REMINDER: SPELLING PACKETS COME FROM YOUR CHILD'S SPELLING BOOK. PLEASE KEEP THESE PAGES SOMEWHERE SAFE UNTIL THE DUE DATE---USUALLY THE FRIDAY OF THAT WEEK, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE. CONTINUE TO STUDY SPELLING WORDS NIGHTLY!!!!!! Our school is collecting pop tops for the Ronald McDonald House. If everyone can bring a few in our class may have the opportunity of having the most in the building!!! OUR SPELLING TEST WILL BE NEXT WEEK ON FRIDAY, FEB. 17TH!!! REMEMBER THERE IS NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY, FEB. 10TH AND MONDAY, FEB. 13TH!! EARLY DISMISSAL IS SET FOR THURSDAY, FEB. 9TH AT 2:20 PM AND CONFERENCES START AT 4:00 PM. PLEASE CHECK THE SCHEDULED TIME THAT WAS SENT HOME LAST WEEK. REMEMBER: CONFERENCES ARE 10 MINUTES LONG. |
